What types of projects do you work on?

We work on everything from single-location new builds and remodels to multi-unit rollouts and national prototypes. Our clients range from independent restaurant and bar owners to multi-unit brands in QSR, hospitality, convenience stores, and institutional foodservice. If it involves commercial foodservice or hospitality, we can help.

Do you only work in Florida?

No. While we're based in Florida, we work with clients across the country—especially multi-unit brands rolling out in multiple states. Our global sourcing network and logistics capabilities let us support projects nationwide.

What's the typical process for working together?

It depends on your project. For some clients, we start with design and carry through to installation. For others, we jump in at equipment specs or handle only logistics and delivery. We're flexible. The first step is always a conversation to understand your needs, timeline, and goals—then we build a plan that fits.

Can you compete with the big national dealers on pricing?

Yes. We're factory-direct authorized dealers, which means we work directly with manufacturers—no middlemen marking things up. Do you work with architects and designers?

Can you help with just equipment, or do I need to use all your services?

You can work with us however makes sense for your project. Some clients use us for equipment only. Others need design, custom products, furniture, and installation all coordinated together. We're not here to upsell—we're here to solve the problems you actually have.

How quickly can you turn around a quote?

For standard equipment quotes, we typically respond within 1-2 business days. For more complex projects involving custom products or design work, we'll give you a timeline after our initial conversation. Can you help with custom product development?

Absolutely. We have deep design and manufacturing experience to develop custom solutions including modular casework, wall systems, stainless steel fabrication, furniture and seating, and retail fixtures. We specialize in custom development for volume projects—whether that's standardized products for multi-unit concepts or custom pieces for larger single projects like hotels, restaurant new builds or hospitality venues. We leverage our design expertise and global manufacturing network to bring your vision to life, handling everything from concept sketches through final production.

Do you offer warehousing and consolidation services?

Yes. For complex projects or multi-unit rollouts, we can warehouse your equipment, furniture, and fixtures, then consolidate everything for coordinated delivery. This means fewer trucks showing up at different times, less chaos on site, and a smoother installation process. Need white glove delivery? We can handle that too.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes. We coordinate delivery and installation for equipment, furniture, casework, and fixtures. For multi-unit rollouts, we can manage logistics across multiple sites to keep your timeline on track.
