Our Story
We believe the best food experiences start long before the first guest walks in.
They begin behind the scenes — in the early sketches, menu tests, the sourcing calls, the install schedules, and the late-night spreadsheet edits that somehow become construction deadlines. And too often, that process feels harder than it needs to be.
At Beyond, we’re building something different: a more connected, more thoughtful, and more efficient path from the initial idea to grand opening and well beyond that first service.
Our team brings together deep expertise in architecture and design, FF&E manufacturing, and commercial foodservice equipment. We’ve helped shape national QSR rollouts, supported local operators launching their first space, and managed the behind-the-scenes logistics that make the big picture possible. From early design and prototyping to spec development, global manufacturing, logistics management, installation, and post-opening support, we simplify every step along the way. We've spent years in architecture, foodservice design, FF&E manufacturing, equipment, and global sourcing. We've designed spaces, built products, managed rollouts, and solved the problems that come up in between. We know this industry—and we're here to make things easier for you.

Over the past decade, Tanner has led teams in the design, fabrication, and fulfillment of FF&E—from modular casework and custom furniture to stainless fabrication and retail fixtures. With a background in product design, lean manufacturing, and global procurement, he's built end-to-end programs for leading brands that perform in the real world. He's obsessed with operational excellence and finding smarter ways to solve complex problems.

Jon has spent 25+ years in the foodservice equipment world, leading teams from Ohio to Florida and building deep relationships with manufacturers, operators, and brands. He knows equipment inside and out—what works, what breaks, and what's actually worth the investment. Jon's approach is simple: understand your operation, ask the right questions, and spec products that fit how you'll actually run your business.

Over the past 12 years, Alex has designed foodservice spaces across the country—from single locations to multi-unit prototypes. His background in architecture and FF&E manufacturing gives him a unique edge: he doesn't just draw what looks good, he designs what actually works and can be built efficiently. Alex has helped brands overhaul product designs, improve workflows, and build functional standard toolkits that make rollouts faster and more consistent.
